AI for your office, on a server you own.
An AI assistant that can read your documents and help your staff, without sending client data to a public AI provider. We install it, back it up, and keep it running.
An assistant your staff can use
A chat window in the browser, with logins for each person. Draft letters and emails, summarize long documents, rewrite and proofread, and answer questions in plain English.
Search across your own files
Point it at the folders you choose. Staff ask a question and get an answer with the source document cited, so they can check it before they rely on it.
Client data stays on your network
The model runs on the server in your office. Prompts, documents, and answers are not sent to a public AI provider, and nothing is used to train anyone else's model.
Offices that cannot paste client files into a public chatbot.
If your staff are already asking whether they are allowed to use AI tools with client information, this is the answer that lets them say yes.
Hardware, setup, and someone to call.
The same setup we run our own products on: one GPU server, a local model, nightly offsite backups, and health alerts.
Four steps, and you own the hardware.
- STEP 130-minute callWhat your office would use it for, how many people, and where your files live.
- STEP 2Written quoteHardware, one setup fee, and the monthly support plan. No surprises after.
- STEP 3InstallWe bring it in, connect it to your network and files, and test it with your staff.
- STEP 4SupportMonitoring, backups, updates, and a person to call. Works alongside your current IT provider.
A capable assistant, not a replacement for judgment.
- Local models are strong at drafting, summarizing, and finding things in your files. For the hardest open-ended questions, the largest cloud models are still ahead.
- Answers that come from your documents show their source. Staff should check anything that matters.
- Keeping data in your office simplifies a privacy review. It does not by itself make an office compliant with HIPAA or any other rule; we document the setup so your compliance advisor can review it.
